# Set low balance threshold alert

Running out of credits may disrupt your applications on **FPT AI Factory**. To avoid this, you can enable **Low Balance Alerts**. These alerts notify you by email when your balance drops below a threshold you define.\
By default, this feature is **disabled**.

#### How to Enable Low Balance Alerts <a href="#contentify_0" id="contentify_0"></a>

1. Go to the **Billing** page and open the **Settings** tab.
2. In the **Low Balance Alert** section, check the box to enable alerts.
3. Set your **Credit Threshold** – the balance amount at which you want to be notified.
4. Enter up to **5 email addresses** to receive the alert notifications.
5. Click **Save** to complete the settings.

#### Recommendation <a href="#contentify_1" id="contentify_1"></a>

For uninterrupted service, we recommend setting your threshold to receive at least **three alert emails** about your balance, giving you enough time to recharge credits before they run out.
