# Portal v2 における利用規約

1\. 報酬:

紹介者:

·      紹介リンク経由で友達が新規登録し、登録から30日以内に25ドル以上の初回チャージを行うごとに、25ドルのボーナスクレジットを獲得できます。

·      ボーナスは、あなたが現在オーナーを務めている組織に付与されます。

·      獲得上限はありません。

被紹介者:

·      登録から最初の30日以内に行われたすべての対象チャージ（1回あたり最低25ドル）に対して、30%のボーナスクレジットを獲得できます。

·      ボーナス上限額：150ドル。

·      最低金額（25ドル）未満のチャージはボーナス対象外となります。

·      ボーナスは、あなたが現在オーナーを務めている組織に付与されます。

✍️ さらにボーナスを獲得するには？

·      登録完了後、被紹介者は自身の紹介URL（リンクは紹介ページを参照）を共有することで、紹介者になることもできます。

·      紹介できる友達の数に制限はありません。どんどん共有してボーナスを獲得しましょう！

全般:

·      報酬はプロモクレジットのみとなります。譲渡・返金は不可で、発行日から90日間有効です。

2\. 利用資格:

·      被紹介者はFPT AI Factoryの完全な新規ユーザーである必要があります（過去にFPT AI Factoryへ登録したことがない方）。

3\. 不正行為および罰則:

·      自己紹介の禁止: 紹介者と被紹介者が同じ支払い方法を使用した場合、両方の報酬が自動的に拒否されます。

·      スパム行為、偽アカウントの作成、またはシステムの悪用が発覚した場合、アカウントは永久停止となります。

4\. プログラムの変更:

FPT AI Factoryは、事前通知なくいつでも本プログラムを変更または終了する権利を有します。
