# User Management

Allow users to access the Grafana dashboard with one of the following permissions: Admin, Editor, Viewer.

**Step 1:** Log in to the FPT Cloud Portal [at https://console.fptcloud.com/](https://console.fptcloud.com/)

**Step 2: On the FPT Cloud Portalmenu**, click **Monitoring** to display the workspace list

**Step 3:** Click the workspace name to view details, displaying the detailed information screen for that workspace.

**Step 4**: Click the "User Management" tab.

**Step 5:** Click the **Add user** button.

You can add users to the Grafana Dashboard with roles such as: Admin, Editor, Viewer. Each role has different permissions.
